All announcements to be read during service must be received by the liturgist prior to the service. Please do not send notes to the pulpit.
All announcements for the bulletin must be written, then faxed or brought into the office no later than the Tuesday prior to the Sunday they are to appear in the bulletin..
Ministry Meetings
The Leadership Council will meet TODAY Sunday, May 20 following the 11:00 a.m. worship service. Please have a representative present from each ministry.
Attention! The Sunday School Teachers will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30.
The Trinity Basic Bible Study program will have its annual closing in the fellowship hall on Saturday, June 9, beginning at 9:15 a.m. Please join us in the fellowship and luncheon as we honor the students who have traveled on this biblical journey. ALL ARE WELCOME!
STRENGTH CONDITIONING CLASS: For all of us who know we should be doing a better job of maintaining the Holy Spirits’ temple (our bodies), yet are unable to attend the evening exercise class a co-ed strength conditioning class taught by a certified fitness trainer is being organized for Wednesday, 10:00 a.m., cost is $10.00 per session. If you are interested please sign up in the narthex; at least six persons are needed to begin.

All are welcome to participate in the PRE-PENTECOST WORKSHOP under the teaching of Rev. Starling T. Churn, Pastor of the Community Church of Morrisania at 7:00 p.m. here in the sanctuary on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, May 23-25. This year’s theme is “...by Your Spirit, LORD!” POSTURE - PEACE - POWER Ezekiel 1:28b─2:2a. The sign-up sheet for the workshop is located on the bulletin board in the Narthex. Pastor Churn will bring the message on Pentecost Sunday, May 27 at the 7:00 a.m. worship service.

The Brotherhood (Men’s Ministry) is once again asking for your help. As we have done previously, we are sponsoring an African child through the Home-Foreign Mission Board of the National Baptist Convention. Last year we were able to give $1025.00 and as always we are hoping to exceed our previous gifts. We are primarily asking all men to contribute $25.00 toward this effort, and will accept assistance from our sisters in Christ. ALL proceeds are sent to our sponsored child.
